The Country Club Grandpa Trend

Shea McGee called it, and we all feasted our eyes. As a fan of whatever you call the grandfather of this look it was easy to love the moody greens and grays mixed with plaids, rich woods, and leather.

My grandfathers weren’t in a country club, but they both had some distinct style that I can still see them wearing in my memories that could contribute to the collected cozy style.

Fun ways we think you could start to bring this look into your own home include:

darker window drapes in a dark green or gray, find some wooden tall bookshelves on Facebook marketplace, add a large equestrian painting, or if you’re brave try a deep but low saturated paint color on your walls.
